主讲人简介：Professor Jaroslaw Korpysa is employed in the Department of Decision Support Methods and Cognitive Neuroscience at the University of Szczecin, Poland. He is a chairman of the Scientific Committee of the UNESCO Chair for Social Sustainability and Director of the Doctoral School of the University of Szczecin. He has published 142 scientific papers in the fields of entrepreneurship, academic entrepreneurship, and spin-off companies.

He has extensive international academic experience as a visiting professor and visiting scholar at universities and research institutions in Italy, Spain, Lithuania, Switzerland, Indonesia, and Ukraine. He was also a fellow of the 6th and 7th Framework Programmes, within the Human Resources and Mobility Activity – Marie Curie Actions, at Vilnius University (Lithuania), University of St. Gallen (Switzerland), and the Institute of World Economy and International Relations of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. His research interests include entrepreneurship, academic entrepreneurship, modern business theories, competitive strategy, risk management, labour market studies, and sustainable development. He has participated in more than 70 national and international scientific conferences and has been involved in 17 research projects funded by the Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education, the National Science Centre (NCN), the National Centre for Research and Development, the European Commission, including the Horizon Europe Programme, and other international funding schemes.
